Angela Mokoena-Kgoedi

Angela Mokoena-Kgoedi is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary Public of the High Court of South Africa and the founder of Angela Mokoena-Kgoedi Attorneys, Notaries and Conveyancers. She was admitted as both an Attorney and Conveyancer on 14 March 2025 and, five months later, on 8 August 2025, she was admitted as a Notary Public.

Angela’s professional journey is distinguished by a unique and diverse background in healthcare, administration, and law. Prior to entering the legal profession, she worked as a professional nurse in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at Steve Biko Academic Hospital. She later joined the South African National Blood Service (SANBS) as a Donor Care Officer before advancing into the role of Practice and Billing Manager.

Angela obtained her LLB degree cum laude from the University of South Africa in 2022 and completed practical legal training through the Law Society of South Africa in Polokwane. She completed her articles of clerkship at Pratt Luyt and De Lange, where she gained valuable practical experience in conveyancing and legal practice.

Her academic and professional achievements have earned her national recognition. Angela achieved exceptional results in the conveyancing examinations, including being the only candidate in Limpopo to pass Paper 1 during her sitting, attaining the highest mark in Limpopo for Paper 2, and ranking amongst the top candidates nationally.

She was awarded first place at the prestigious Gawie Le Roux Awards for both Conveyancing and Notarial Practice, reflecting her dedication to excellence within the legal profession.

Angela is passionate about delivering efficient, reliable, and personalised legal services, with a particular focus on conveyancing, property law, and notarial practice. She is committed to guiding clients through important legal and property transactions with integrity, precision, and care.
